Superb result with an eye for very small details such as the railing reflections in the glass and the screws in the chairs.

Dzeezes, in my eyes it's a Rembrandt or Van Gogh in Blender ! :-)

Thanks! BI isn't the problem, it's the people using it ;) :D

Yeah you have a point. But cycles is easier to get good results in, but BI has good render times. I can't choose between them!!

Cycles isn't easy by any means, you need 20 nodes just to make something simple. :lmao: I pity people who know nothing other than Cycles, then try to use something like VRay, YafaRay, etc. which operate more like BI as far as setting up lighting and materials.

With 13 nodes, I can have a material with a SPEC map, NORMAL map, BUMP map, and COLOR map.
Also try lighting in Cycles, its so easy!
I know both Cycles and BI, and I still say Cycles in easier.

"With 13 nodes, I can have a material with a SPEC map, NORMAL map, BUMP map, and COLOR map."
Can do that in BI in the mat settings.

"Also try lighting in Cycles, its so easy!"
Obviously you haven't seen my 'Cycles' folder in my gallery, and the basics of lighting apply to both.

"I know both Cycles and BI, and I still say Cycles in easier"
Do you really know BI? Where is it?

I can see by the picture what ever you made with the blender was very good because there isnt a single drop left in the glass.:)

Very nice. Good depth and such on the textures. Though the background doesnt exactly seem to fit. But to be fair, i totally see someone putting a balcony there for that view, I would
