Install the script into your Addons folder, then open up the User Preferences, go to System, enable the Theme Manager, then click the Themes tab and add your new themes! :D

I take NO credit for any of this, I'm merely passing it along :D

EDIT: Should say "Python" in the first paragraph :lol:
